The do have delivery and installation services. I'm not sure who sets the prices, they use independents, they usually are pretty pricey. We were looking for a front loader washer. They had exactly what we were looking for at a very reasonable price---unsale. When we asked for delivery and installation, the price was so steep that it would have cost us as much as a more expensive model at a competitors. If, you know how to do it yourself or know someone handy, you would be much further ahead to rent a truck from them and do it yourself.
