I put in my phone number for my Kroger card and it gave me another card savings account number no points awarded to me, why won't my phone number work for my savings card?

location of store in Nelisonville .put in phonenumber,and i got a different card backgave me another card savingsaccount number,card no ponits awarded ,to me.why wont myphone number work for savings card?Im sorry I dont shop at krogers that much, I shop at Save Alot

Go to service desk

You have to go to service desk and have them put phone. # to your cards

Because your phone.number has to be linked to your Krogers card, you can investigate it on line in your profile settings.
