What a waste of time. Only see people who made an appointment. That's not urgent care that's a doctor's office. Anything worse than a headache they will just tell you to go someplace else. Just close this place down it's a waste of money and space.

This place is the worst urgent care in the entire world!!! If you were smart, you would choose any other urgent care but this one! The doctors are quacks and don't know anything about being a doctor 🏥 and the one nurse that always works with a boy cut/dark hair is straight rude and shouldn't even be a nurse straight up. It's like they went and hired just anyone for doctors here because they couldn't get anyone else smh. They shut down the last great hospital that we even had in Nelsonville.

If i could rate this 0 stars i would but you tell my wife that they have to have an appt to be seen? Then tell her to go away that you could “find somewhere else to go” when she is sick? That just doesn’t sit right me what kind of urgent care/ER tells her just go somewhere else horrible place don’t waste your time going here!

I have always had nothing but good experience’s at this urgent care. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to schedule appointments before hand now which kind of defeats the purpose of the word urgent. It’s no longer a sense of urgency when you have to wait hours and hours or even until the next day. May want to consider changing the name of your business.

Testing supplies are currently limited. We are prioritizing as recommended by the Ohio Department of Health. At this time testing is reserved for hospitalized patients, patients in high risk categories with symptoms, and essential workers with symptoms. Lower risk patients with symptoms may receive COVID-19 testing depending on the scenario. Your provider will determine if you meet criteria for testing as part of your evaluation.
OhioHealth urgent cares and emergency departments offer COVID-19 testing as part of urgent care and emergency department visits only. It is not possible to walk in and obtain a COVID-19 test without a visit.
