They.NEVER answer their phone! It's always rings busy. No one is on the phone that long or that many times you try to call

It varies on what county you are from but for household trash plan on spending around $40 for a truck load

I believe you can. You just have to let them know what your dumping. Such as if it's construction or household trash.
