Was there something wrong the night of 3/6/2018? I sat at the drive thru for 1/2 hour.Pulled out and tried to enter the store but the lobby was closed.Got back in drive thru. After the long wait, the person was rude. Never seen a Wendy's like this!

As Ted said, call the company. This is not usual.

Wow, I guess you were at the right place at the wrong time. Don't let bad service take away your feelings about this chain restaurant.

If you are talking about the one by K-mart it is the worst Wendy"s I have ever been to. The one by Shop-ko is usually, good service.
