Saw an adorable sign on tiktok and they offered to ship and asked for my address to work out charges. I paid it. The wrote down the wrong address so it was returned to sender. They said they would reship. It's been almost 3 weeks with 10 emails, phone calls, etc no response. I asked for a refund. Still nothing. I messaged today saying I will be filing a chargeback the said text me gave a number and I have been immediately blocked on everything. Awful service. So much for supporting small like they preach.

Love this place. The person who checked out our items was super sweet. When I saw something that I wanted, she let me know someone was actually coming to pick it up, but took my information to give the artist to make me another. The artist contacted me in less than 30 mins. Amazing service and super cool place!
