I just have to say that MICHELLE FLORIO was very impressive!! Not only did see do a lot for me and my daughter but she was very energetic. Let me explain. We pulled in to look at what they had and with a new construction happening at there property she walked us threw all of the areas we was interested in looking at. Just walking in some of the areas was not at all a easy chore lol. Michelle had to gather a step ladder to enter a home. Not only did she have to walk across the property but drag a 6 to 8 step step ladder all the way back, but it was a very hot and humid day. She pulls it over to the home we wanted to look at she was very pacefull threw the whole showing of every home we wanted to look at. Never leaded us always listening and answering questions and listening to all of my words and detail. I have to say Michelle FLORIO is no doubt a game changer. So if she can see this THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR MY FAMILY!!

Bought our home here no coordination 3 months since my closing & I’m still not in the home. Nice people but a lot of passing the buck & empty promises 👎🏻 If I could back out of the deal I would that’s how aggravated I am with it. They turned what should of been a happy / exciting time into a nightmare I should of just bought a house instead

Your best bet is Lowes they sell 30 & 40 gall mobile home water heaters.
My credit is not good. Under 600. You have to have at least at 580 to qualify. Then a 10% down payment but they give you time to make payments for the down payment.
Surveyors don't work for free. Clayton Homes of Chester can arrange to send their regular surveyor company, who usually responds quickly, but you still have to pay them.
