I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was lied to on two separate occasions when I asked for an extra condiment on the side. The first time, I was told they were out of small cups to put it in. The second time, I was told they were out of it ALTOGETHER, yet my sandwich had it. I was also mocked one time when placing my order. I don’t think the guy realized his mic was live. The next time I went, I went inside because the drive-thru line was so long. O. M. G. I am NEVER coming here again. The dining area was FILTHY. The floor was sticky. You could see the actual sticky residue (I’m assuming from spilled drinks?) all over the floor. The tables were filthy. The whole dining area looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. That was it for me. If the DINING area is that dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen area is like. I was willing to look past the rudeness and the laziness, but when I saw how they actually keep the inside, never again. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Food was great, fresh and hot. Serving bags were neatly folded. Receipt included in bag. However, I had to request it to find out. This location accepted cash only. No explanation about why. Staff could have been more pleasant but couldn't focus on a good attitude with the shift leader not having a great attitude. Two meals ordered. Only one came with napkins. Nuggets ordered, they forgot to put the sauce in, but did so happily when we mentioned it. Not completely horrible for the duress staff seemed to be under. I would give it another chance.

Would rate a minus 10. Was late ordering dinner for kids. Went thru drive thru and ordered 40 nuggets. Was told I couldn't have 40 because that wouldn't leave any for the next customer. What? Fast food. First come first serve. No more Chester Wendy's EVER!!!! Chesterfield meadows 5 min. difference. Been ordering there since 2003. DONE
