Calls do not reach the store. All go to call center. Corporate decision, not store. best buy does not off let military discount.

Speaking as someone who has worked in retail for almost 30 years for some of the Big Box companies, including Best Buy, this is what I can tell you. Seeing as it is Memorial Day Weekend, a long wait is expected. That is retail. The person you would need to speak to is the Store Manager, not Sales, as he would be the one who gives the official yes or no to your request. Officially, Best Buy does NOT offer discounts, but at the store level they may give a small discount on select services. It is up to the store manager's discretion. Since it is Memorial Day Weekend and the sales have been going on for at least a week, prices are cut pretty low already and that leaves very little wiggle room for additional discounts. In addition, some manufacturers strictly prohibit any additional discounts outside of what they have agreed to with the retailer. Your best bet is to just go to the store and see if there is anything that can be given on your purchase.
