This is a deeming problem with EVERY Best Buy store. No matter which store you call, the hold time is at least 20 minutes for an associate to answer the call. It never used to be like this, and it is extremely annoying. I've actually called one store, the call picks up and it's an associate at another store taking calls for the store I called - very annoying indeed. This is poor customer service in the first degree. I give Best Buy another 5 years before they fall to Walmart and Amazon. You just can't have this kind of treatment. Believe me, I feel your pain.
