What is the best room to book for a sound proof float? I read that the tanks closer to the street make it able to hear trucks drive by. Im assuming room 1 is closer to the street.

Hi Shaun, Thanks for your question. The short answer is: if you are very sensitive to sound, you should book Escape 4. It has a vinyl liner and is farthest away from the road. The longer answer is more complicated, and I hesitate to go into it here. Please be assured that we have poured many thousands of dollars into our sound reduction, and lots of people have had great floats where they didn't hear any road noise (like the three who commented before me). We do our best to make sure everyone has a good experience, and if not, we want to hear about it so that we can make it right. - Sara

Can confirm. Have also used tanks in both the front and back of the building and never noticed automotive sounds while floating.

People say that tank 4 is the quietest but I have not heard anything in any tanks. I use the wax ear plugs. Perhaps those who do not hear more.

This may be more difficult to be sure of. Where the storefront is located it is actually close to the road on both sides, front and back, with heavier traffic and trucking on the street behind. However in my experience I didn't hear any automotive sounds.
