We sell towers, monitors and laptops. All Windows and Antivirus are update. We wipe the hard drives, physically clean the machines, and check that the components are functional. Then we install our virus-free software which is also free of the usual manufacturer junkware.
Yes they do, I'm not sure how thoroughly they go through them but they do have monitors towers and laptops on display . Very clean , nice people ,nice place .
