The door remains locked! Not open, as usual! Going on 9:00 am, been waiting since 7 am! Does anyone know of a decent laundromat in the Hilliard area? Sad, because I have been coming here for about 5 to 6 years.

@Trina, Things are definitely going downhill! Washers either leak, don't work, or not cleaning the clothes very well. Dryer vents not cleaned regularly, (and I'm first in, in the morning). Door not unlocked/opened at scheduled time. It's just sad, because I used to brag about how great this place was to everyone and now I wouldn't tell anyone about it. @Kris, not a fan of that one. It's actually quite dirty and smells bad.

@Kimberly D, how has the place been since new MGT?
