Hi Everyone!
Why am I paying almost $2500 for an apartment with an ant problem? They have sprayed and they still are appearing daily. And why have I been told that I will get another refrigerator, for the past 20 months, and every time I ask I'm given an excuse? And why when I had a previous issue and called corporate I was never given the courtesy of receiving a call back? Ridiculous.

The apartments here are beautiful and the community is great. However, I have never experienced such negligence from staff in any apartment I’ve lived in. We had an issue over the winter where our heat was not working. It took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls and emails to get a resolution. This was all also happening over Christmas. We even called from a funeral we were attending to make sure we had heat, and returned home from a long few days to a freezing cold apartment. Currently, we have been without a washer and dryer for over two weeks because the manger refuses to take things seriously. We were told after 24 hours of trying to reach someone that maintenance was unavailable and had to follow up another 48 hours later after not hearing back. Though we were given access to another unit for 2 days, someone has since moved in and we are at over a week’s worth of laundry build up. After a few days, another company was called to take a look at it. We had to wait another week for them to even come out. There was no follow up but we did come home to an unlocked door and a still broken washer and dryer. We’ve called (no answers, we need to leave voicemails) the office, maintenance, submitted an online request, and even gone to the office in person. We waited about 20 minutes in an empty office before giving up and leaving. It’s insane to me that it’s THIS difficult to even reach someone. I’m not sure if it’s incompetence or just a lack of care, but the amount we pay in rent to be treated the way we’re being treated is outrageous. You can look at other reviews here to see we aren’t the only ones with this experience. I’m hoping posting this more publicly will actually catch someone’s attention and get us a real resolution or at least deter someone from signing a lease and experiencing this nonsense. It’s a real shame because the property and community is awesome, but the office manager just does not seem to care about residents. Edit to add 7/14: Turns out, the manager here was in fact lying to us about our washer and dryer…one was available the entire time and she was just giving us the runaround for an unexplained reason. Regardless, she has since been let go and we’re cautiously optimistic about the future. The management company overall has still been difficult and non-responsive, but the staff remaining in the property office are all pretty pleasant and helpful!

The leasing agents here hardly ever answer the phone. You could assume they are understaffed, but they don’t return voice mails. The private entrance areas smell terrible because of trash pick ups. No cameras anywhere. Your packages could be misplaced or taken because in some of the units they leave them down In the main community area. I would not resign a lease here or recommend. I want to also add, for months I was charged $50 for insurance (renters) after I had provided it twice. I will update again once they figure this out for reimbursement. I hope they call me as soon as possible in regards to this. My lease end was June 3rd and if it is not given to me in timely manner with my deposit, I will turn to legal advice. Renting is already so expensive, I would hate if this complex is sneaking around to charge extra from good people.

THIS COMPEX OWES ME MONEY. I applied to live here a while back and paid a $50 application fee and a $150 waitlist fee which I verified with the manager, Jeremy, was 100% refundable. Due to a change in personal circumstances, I opted not to …Our community, unlike most of our competitors, only charges an application fee and nominal reservation fee to hold an apartment. The deposit and other related move in costs are not paid until the day of move in. The application is never refundable. The reservation is only refundable when you elect to go on to our waitlist and an apartment for your desired move in timeframe doesn't come available. If we take an apartment off the market and hold it for you, and you later decide not to move in, the reservation fee is not refunded.

They do. But if you move in there, please pick up after your dog. No one else seems to.
