Shady business practices. Charging 40% for a mirror of the same size, type, and color. Go to ask if they’ll do a price change and she chalks it up to corporate. I’ve worked in retail for almost 10 years and would never justify shady business to a customer. I correct it. Shame on you. Get a different profession if customer service isn’t your forte. I’ll make sure to shop elsewhere from now on and stop recommending it to family and friends.

The store could be great if run properly. The only experience that i had to do with the store was an online order that the manager refused to give to my wife even when she gave out the order number asking for an Id. She claimed that it was for a credit card check when i asked her if she wants the credit card that the purchase was made with she said that she wants to see the email. The online order manager was rude unfriendly and unprofessional and I am never going back there again. If anyone wants to make an online order at this store get your passport ready
