Customer service is horrendous. We simply had to drop off a car battery to get a rebate and hoped it would take less than 5 minutes. Two customers were in front and employees were incompetent quoting wrong prices to customers. Kenny a tire center employee did not help us out after he was finished with his customer and slowly took his time cleaning his area. After, he walked away to talk to other employees and make jokes while completely disregarding my elderly mother and I . We waited over 30 minutes for a rebate only to be helped out by another associate... Managers need to do something about discrimination, lack of work ethic, and overall bad manners that employees such as Kenny perform.

Very unhappy with the tire warranty. I can patch a tire myself I don't see why I am paying for a membership and waiting over 6 hours for a cheap patch job. If the hole is big enough you get a decent warranty and if it isn't you get nothing. Wouldn't recommend. Update: they also removed all of my tire pressure monitors and didn't lable them making a bunch of work for me to sort out. They really deserve all of these bad reviews. Just drive farther and go elsewhere.

Four hours of wasted time, ordering tires then coming back to have them installed. One hour into installation I get a call saying they don’t work with cars with spacers. On top of that I was refunded cash... not back on my credit card. I asked for an additional store credit for the four hours of wasted time and the accounting mess I have to fix, as this is a business vehicle, and I was denied. Poor customer service and a below average tire center that should be called stock vehicle tire center. Never going back.

Kenny totally saved the day. My parents bought my tires here as a gift for me last November. I, myself, don't have a Costco membership, but my parents do and they have been loyal customers forever. I came to this tire place a few years back due to a nail in my tire, and they were so kind to fix it because my tires were from Costco. This past June, I was turned down from my complimentary tire rotation because my mother wasn't present with me. My parents live in San Francisco, and I live near this Costco. Even though my mother spent a ton of money purchasing those Costco tires from that same place months before, the two workers denied me my free rotation that comes with the warranty. I had the paperwork and receipts from my tire purchase with me, and I had to drive elsewhere and pay for a rotation. I remember crying right outside from the stress those two men gave me. Fast forward to today, I came in with another nail in my tire. I was scared and hesitant that I'd be wasting my time waking up for the 7am opening since I was denied my complimentary tire rotation before. Sweet Kenny understood that my parents worked hard to buy those Costco tires, and they are loyal members. I showed Kenny the receipt and paperwork, and he made sure that I'd get taken care of. Eric saw me waiting patiently since opening, and made sure to work on my tire. He told me that the tire couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new one. He told me that since my tire was only used up to 12%, that my new tire was just under $20, and that it was going to be even faster than patching the nailed tire! I got a new tire, it was done promptly, and I made it to work on time in Anaheim thanks to them!

Yes they do. They don't swap them for you however. They do recycle the old shell but it's separately from the initial battery purchase
