I've had the same problem with them PTS pens. 3 of them. 1 of them didn't work at all. I won't b getting any more of them. they did replace one of them but it didnt work either
Mine died yesterday. I've had 2 PTS pure oils that died half way through and they told me they couldn't do anything. So I heated up the oil with a blow dryer and put in one of my natures grace rechargeable pens.
Call them or email them.
On the bottom of the cartridge is a little metal circle insulated with a rubber seal... Gently use a paperclip and insert it into the metal piece, pull it down so it's just past the flush part... Screw it back into battery, the contact should then work again as it sits against the heating element of the battery.
