Reservations were made weeks ago. Upon arrival we waiting for the employee to show up for over an hour. There was sign stating they were away washing a vehicle, though he had clearly been to lunch based on the items he had with him. We were told we didn't have a reservation, then we were told we should have been contacted because we would be able to return the vehicle on Monday as reserved because they wouldn't be there but our number and email wasn't on file. He then asked if we "even had a credit card" to use, "you can't use a debit and run as credit, do you even have a credit card". This was asked before we ever even offered a card to use. The employees name is Lane, he claimed to be a manager. Incredibly rude from the moment we walked in. Would not recommend this location. We asked for the number for customer support and were asked to leave.
Opinion
Completely useless if you need to rent a car, booked online and it took them a full day to contact me to let me know they had no vehicles available. Then it's on you to call a 800 number to cancel your reservation, why can't they just handle it in house? The guy on the phone was rude as well when I asked why it would confirm availability without them having any cars, would give negative stars of I could.

They had a week to deliver a car to the collision company fixing my car, not only did they not contact me, after several attempts to contact them I finally got ahold of someone the day before my appointment and the manager Alex said he was unable to get a car to the collision center for my appointment but I could come to the store at the Marion airport to pick up a car. After declining being unable to go there to pick up a car since I would be taking my car to Benton and having no way to Marion to pick up a car, I had to reschedule my appointment for my car to get fixed. After rescheduling with the collision company for a day that they get all their cars deliver from hertz I continued to reach out to hertz who had now blocked my number and told the collision company I declined a rental car. After calling from another number I reached the manager at hertz who stated that I already declined a rental car and he isn’t going to offer me another one. This is the worst car company I’ve ever heard of or encountered.
