Nothing but problems and lies We were told that construction was 2x6 on that outside and 2x4 inside. Not so. They reworked all the door jams and repaired some of the siding that was falling off. Now they say that they can’t do anymore of the repairs so corporate is supposed to be doing them. No contact from corporate. This is the worst experience we have ever had. We owned a park model at Woodhaven lakes in Sublette,IL that was 10 times better built than these homes. Beware they lie about everything also it seems that they can’t keep employees to do the repairs. In the last month, 2 have quit

Asked for a finished price and immediately was handed a number. When I asked for a price breakdown the sleezy used car manager pitch came out and they said they don't offer a breakdown on the cost. I can't spend money if I don't know where it's going, and the manager there is the epitome of low life's. I'd recommend going to Clayton in Paducah. They are much better to deal with. Edit: attempted to call to talk to the "owner" as requested in the reply. The lady on the phone said the owner doesn't work there and didn't know who I should talk with. Here's a picture of the business card we were handed during our visit. The salesman was actually a pretty decent guy.
