There is no charge if you are camping there. Not sure if there is a fee if you're not camping there. However there are free public boat launches a few miles North and South of the campground. However you should know that the river is very shallow there and is more suited for canoes and kayaks
No fee. The road is a public road with public access to the boat launch.
Just to add to Judy's comment: most the boats I see launched the are either air boat or jet driven because of the shallow waters.
