I've been camping for 20+ years and I have to say that this place is the noisiest of them all. I have never been to a campground where guests were allowed to set off fireworks. The site across from us had floodlights on the ground shining into our campsite all night long. Karaoke blasting blasting next to us. Won't be returning...

The owners, Sierra and Aaron, are wonderful human beings! The campground has everything...a beautiful view, special events for adults and children, a store, an ice cream/adult slushy/wine store. Ferryboat has it all!

We held a conference there, and the owners/staff were extremely hospitable. The buildings were clean and they allowed use of their pavilion as well. Riverfront setting was amazing! I highly recommend!

I spent two days at Ferryboat Campsite for a workshop with my employer. The owners were extremely accommodating and the facility was perfect for what we needed. Overall the campsite is quite beautiful as it sits right along the picturesque Susquehanna River. There seem to be many amenities and activities available for campers as well. 10/10!!! Thanks Aaron & Sierra!!

I haven't been inaide one but I've seen them from the outside. Basically they are small with just enough space for a bed and your luggage. They have a small roof-covered patio with a picnic table to put all of your food stuff on.

Does it cost to launch a boat and if so who do you pay

There is no charge if you are camping there. Not sure if there is a fee if you're not camping there. However there are free public boat launches a few miles North and South of the campground. However you should know that the river is very shallow there and is more suited for canoes and kayaks
