You can also ask the server to keep the spice level medium to low for the dish you like.
I can't do strong spice, so i just asked the server to recommend dishes that were medium light. I had plenty of things to choose from, and my food was delicious!
I had lunch here once with a bunch of friends. So, we ordered quite a few items and I tasted most of the items and I would say the spice levels are "medium" on an average. I agree that as with any other restaurants, all the items cannot be spice customized due to the process involved in making em but my opinion is they have quite a variety of food items ranging between all spice levels. So, if you are an avg spice eater, you don't have to worry
