This is a nice looking McD. The dining room is also modern and roomy. But the service is probably one of the worst. I placed an online order in advance. My experiences at other McD locations says I should get my simple order very quickly. It turns out that they made me wait a good 10 minutes while there's really no other customers at the time of around 10:15AM. I saw a bunch seemly unhappy workers. There were no smiles, running around in the kitchen confused. While waiting, I saw another customer came in because her drive-through order was all messed up. Later another customer came in with problem with his order too. Looks like there's management problems here.

First of all, the people who worked 06/24 evening shift ( around 7pm, maybe a little bit later) are awesome. They were super nice, polite and prepared my order as quickly as possible. I had some issues with my app, but they waited patiently and helped me to figure out the reason. I wish they would get well paid or find a better place to work, as they deserve a 5* restaurant position ( If they plan to stay in customer service). The food was fresh and tasty. You don't have high expectations, as it's a fast food on the go, but this place left only a positive impression.

Hardly write a review - but this is a seriously understaffed McD's with some trouble getting all the items in the bag (not big orders either). Been coming here for over a year, since I live local and it seems quick and easy, but I've lost an estimated $50+ in missing items in that time, which is just unacceptable. Not coming back this time; line is often full of delivery drivers (and just Costco traffic) who lay on the horn far too much for a drive through in a suburb and try to cut in the double line - which just messes up the orders on the back end. The staff suffers through it, and rushes, and as a result, the regular customers do too.

Very quick, food was hot, order was correct and both employees I dealt with were smiling and polite. Long line went very quickly. Only negative was no napkins in bag. Tho I didn't ask, napkins should always be included.
