Just the stores and restaurants they have store front entrances ... Target best buy Macy's and forever 21 .....
Target is open Old navy only curbside
The whole mall is not open. Just a few stores and restaurants.
The mall as a whole is not.... JCPENNEY, BEST BUY, and MACY'S, and TARGET are open.
I believe at least the outside access stores are. Including Target.
