One of the easiest car buying experience I’ve had. Bought a older used car and they found me a better rate than my credit union. Super easy, took less than 2 hours since I knew what I wanted. They had it clean and a full tank for the test drive. Highly recommend them!

Today 28 July 2022 , I had an appointment to do maintenance. Oil change etc. When I got the car the manager explained to me that for a hundred and odd dollars a month I didn't need to worry about oil maintenance. That they will do it . They will take care of it. Well this is the second time that I schedule an appointment for the service . Everytime I schedule an appointment. I get turned back . According to their lies not excuse is that in a sudden they are too many cars to deal with. Twice the same lie. I know that the car needs servicing, yet they can't do it. That's a breach of contract. And I will pay for the services and take them to court. Also they promised that they will do the paint protection and windshield protection. Up until now none of it has been done.

Thank you to Matteo for helping me lock in my dream car! Also, Abe in finance! I saw the car go up on sale Thursday night and immediately scheduled a test drive Friday night. Where I got to meet Matteo. After the test drive I was pretty set on this car; however, knowing the high demand he suggested to come first thing in the morning so that's what I did. Arrived Saturday at 8:30am, and I left at almost 12pm with the car. Financing always feels intimidating, but Abe was soo awesome in helping me stay within my budget while adding important packages for the vehicle and was not pushy when I opted out on some. Also he took the time to explain every detail and what I was signing. Matteo and Abe are clearly car enthusiasts which made the experience even more enjoying. I definitely think we will be back in a year as my mom probably hates my old car and she was eyeing all the Rav4s that were out on the lot.

My service advisor David was absolutely awesome! He got my vehicle out quickly, kept me updated throughout the service, and explained everything very thoroughly. He felt pretty real and spoke everything how it is, no sugar coating and no technical jargon. Best service advisor I’ve had at any Toyota Service Center!
