Service animals cannot be denied, I know on Metro were only allowed to ask if it's a service animal (could be emotional) we cannot ask for proof!
I'm sure the mall would allow a dog if it's a service dog those are the only animals that are allowed in buildings service dogs

Yes they do I seen dogs inside the mall
Mall yes, stores reserve the right to refuse entrance to non service animals, ie. Emotional support. A real service pet is easily noticeable. Fyi..
