Exchange only with receipt

You can return 9 items within 9 days with a receipt. They say not on seasonal items but I see them taking just about anything back. I have also seen them accept items for return without a recipe and also refuse a return without one. I guess if you get some loose on the rules... But its 99 cents, what's the big deal.

Exchange only possibly with receipt

You can return items with receipt within 9 days. Without it only exchanges but not on clothes.
