Terrible customer service. They have wrong information online about times of closing. Manager spoke to us with disrespect and was rushing us out. She even called out “security” to clear the isles. When asked why the online time has not been updated, the manager told us to call corporate. Need to change people that are in charge and take away their authority to so that they don’t disrespect who ever they wish. Need to taught to use their position rightly. Kindness, respect and a smile goes a long way.

I had left my charger driving to work going to Thousand Oaks and I was scared that my phone was about to turn off so before it did I searched for 99 cents or a store nearby and I got the one west of Tampa and Ventura they hooked it up I’m definitely happy they got what I needed they save me they were looking at me kind of weird because I took a couple pictures but I told him that I wanted to give them a good review, That’s what I usually do I give a review if their place is good or if their customer service is at least good I’ll promote your business i go everywhere

Not really beneficial to go here anymore when the price for most name brand items are equal to the major stores and their best buy dates are more than 2-3 days from purchase.
