Online order, on-site pick up. Store offering promo - order to you within 2 minutes of arrival and check in or you get a medium pizza on next order. 2 minute timer was stopped after 9 seconds elapsed but it took just over 3 full minutes for anyone to actually bring my order to the car. The guy who brought the order said, "oh yeah, that's what we do when it's busy here. I'll get the manager and he'll take care of it." Manager emerged several minutes later, raised voice, telling me the timer counts up not down and 1 minute 51 seconds elapsed before they gave me my order and REFUSED to honor a silly free pizza on a future order. No big loss to me, but I did want to confirm, and I discovered in small print of full promo details, the 2 minute guarantee timer does in fact count down from 2 minutes, and, as such, 1:51 means they DID stop the timer after only 9 seconds elapsed. Seems like a young franchise manager who doesn't want it discovered that he isn't managing the restaurant as well as he could be.

Terrible franchise! I ordered pizza for our crew. We were charged $20+ for the same order we placed the previous day. Manager's response was "if they don't want to pay then they wont eat take the order back" No adjustment was made

After giving away my pizza to someone else and then waiting again for 20 minutes they served me a half eaten pizza during covid times and after complaining the staff screams that how many times are they suppose to make a pizza for me. Very disappointed i want my complaint to be taken seriously. Very horrible customer service
