They practice a contactless order. You just scan a qr code and order there. It works like a charm! Everything gets delivered to your table in ~10 mins and the food is delicious! I only wish they had Google pay or PayPal option to pay for the online order (right now it's only a credit card). Afaik you can order with a waiter as well...

I used to love Blu Jam. Great food, excellent service every visit BUT I went in this morning and all of the servers have been let go. The new process is you walk in, order and pay then choose a table. They brought our food without utensils, there were 3 tables that hadn't been cleaned. It was weird. I asked if there was new ownership and was told no. Sad. This place had all the things. My $60 for two lattes, an orange juice, apple juice, omelet and chicken sandwich would be better spent elsewhere. If you don't expect to be served at a restaurant, it will be great for you. Leo & Lily's and Peddler's fork down the road have great service staff and awesome food. Sadly, I'm not sure if I'll ever return to BJC.
