I agree, called every dept and no one answers phones. Tried for half hour
I think it's like that at all Walmarts I've ever called. Over the holidays I had to go in and it was crazy, maybe they don't have enough people to do it all. They were trying to answer phones and help customers but when you have a nasty yelling person in front of you, who might you want to get out of your hair first?
This is 100% accurate. The "Press 0 to speak to an associate" feature embedded within this particular store's telephone autoanswering service and/or at least the most popular option available ℅ its highly directory system

Also agree. Have called several times overt last 2 years and think i got an answer maybe 2 times out of over 20 calls.
A year later...still the same issues
