Saugus looks like they are going out of business. Clothes were thrown everywhere. I drove to Peabody and found a great store. Never going back to Saugus!

Smaller Macy’s out of those that are actually still left open. They have a decent size shoe department and good selection in store. I loved the one in Cambridgeside Galleria but since it closed Saugus is closest to me.

Very ignorant sales clerk at the Jewlery counter. Never acknowledged our presence, never said hello. Not representative of the rest of the Macy's staff which is usually very helpful. Took my purchase elsewhere to another store.

This place is embarrassing. The whole upstairs is borderline destroyed. Just walking around and trying to get through the aisles you have to actually move products out of the way so you can pass through. It looks like a bomb went off in the store. Employees just walking by mounds of stuff on the ground as if it wasn't there. I understand all that stuff was in those places because some shoppers have no decency to actually put stuff back where it belongs but this was insane. When I worked in retail everyone was assigned a section and if we weren't helping a customer, we were putting products back in the right place and cleaning up. If i was the manager of this store I would be cleaning house. I could only imagine how a district manager would react if they come in and saw the store the way it looked. I wouldn't be surprised if something happens and someone gets hurt and they have a lawsuit on there hands. This is the 3rd time I've come here and the store looked bad, but this was on a whole new level of embarrassing. The Burlington Macy's is like a resort compared to this store. The pictures I took isn't even all of it. It's 10x worse then shown. You guys need to get your act together wow......
