Hillary and Sonia above me nailed it. Sorry, I know how frustrating it can be when you can't get anyone in the phone but this Walmart is a bit of an exception. I'm sure they are understaffed for starters, and it's relatively always busy. You should identify the specific department you need to speak with's extension and call them directly. Otherwise you'll need to just drive to the location. I wholly refute Britney's petty response. The customer service at the Saugus Walmart is always positive for me and I'm no one special so I'm sure it's the same for anyone who isn't themselves a clown. Store does close at 10pm, makes sense the service desk closes prior, they have "closing" procedures to exact.
The store closes at 10pm and the customer service desk closes at 8pm on sundays, that's why.
This walmart is a very busy store
