The arboretum is an awesome place to take pictures As for when they close, I don't know. However I also go by at nighttime, and take extraordinary pictures of the starry constellations. Now overhead is Orion, Taurus and Gemini. Also the seven stars of the Big Dipper, but Draco is very low in the horizon. Have a Starry Night, like Van Gogh
