It does, but they limit the amount of guests. However, they don't reserve spaces so you'll have to be aware that anyone may drop in....
They don't host actually , there is a place where you can have your wedding ceremony with max allowed 40 person and that is free . Arrangements , decorations will be from your side , they will only allow you to use a nice place , that's what I understood from the lady was saying in the free guide tour .
The other thing you should know is, no picnics are allowed, except on Lilac Sunday, so while you could get married there, as strangers jog by, you'd have to have your reception elsewhere.
