Go on the humane society website the click adopt then scroll down and click on the bar that will say which pet and then click cats and the city you live in
Depending on which campus you want to go to, just Google humane society Milwaukee, or Ozaukee. Then just look at the website, pick adopt, cats/dogs & it will show you.
