When I went I did not see any rule as of such.they have good space to accommodate dogs and 100 visitors minimum.so u can go ahead
Dogs on leash is allowed in the Google park, it is also allowed in the Google merchandise store.

The Android lawn statue area is small but having dogs is not an issue (as long as you clean up after of course). I would say this even goes for any of the other parks and areas on campus. Have fun!
