Google Android Statues Square is interesting and might be fun to look at. The statues are not maintained and many are broken or falling apart. The place is roped off with a caution ribbon. A sign encourages pictures, but recommends against climbing on the statues.

Yes it is open to the public. It is right next to the Google Merchandise Store which is also open to the public.

Yep, no issue with dogs but i dont know if they are allowed in the store right next to the statue garden and which is also nice to visit.
When I went I did not see any rule as of such.they have good space to accommodate dogs and 100 visitors minimum.so u can go ahead
