Made an appointment for a vaccine, drove 1 hour to the appointment. Checked in then waited 15 minutes. An intern asked if we could come back tomorrow, I declined. Pharmacist came and said we made a same day appointment and the vaccine was still frozen. I showed her my confirmation from the day before. She said she couldn’t do anything about it 🤷🏻‍♂️

A female cashier holds extremely bad attitude. She was telling customers that they were wasting her time. ?????? I don't understand how the customer service was trained in this store. I transferred all my prescription to another pharmacy and will never come back to this store. I also notice now that this store had a lot of reviews talking about the same thing regarding cashiers' bad attitude. I hope that Walgreen could realize the issue soon and avoid losing customers because of this one store.

I ordered online, for delivery they do delivery and my order was 16 bottles of shampoo, i use for car cleaning, they sent me a small jar of gummy vitamins with my name printed on the bag and the receipt stabled on it and the receipt says 16 bottles of baby shampoo, and i was charged for it. I tried to call the store becuase the messed up the order, and i was on hold for 30 minutes.

Smallest of the Walgreens stores in the area. Chronically empty shelves in the food, and especially the drinks. Lots of trash in the parking lot, not sure if it's the landlord or store who should be cleaning that up. Staff is ok but always a lot of kids working there so you have to wait until they call someone who is 21 to guy beer or booze. Photo service seems OK, they actually finished jobs that are emailed in hours earlier than expected. Every time I've used them anyway, of course YMMV... Always a LONG LONG line at the pharmacy or the drive thru pharmacy window. Then again, same thing for the pharmacy at El Camino and Grant, even in the early morning hours. I've never used it, I just see the lines, so I can't tell you how long it takes to get through.
