Some items are marked up 15% over their own website prices. It's literally cheaper to order pick up than to spend the time going through the store yourself.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. My experience with this store was horrible, as was many others on the same day. I went in on 6/11/2022 at 8:20ish PM to fill my consumers new prescription for antibiotics. They told me they could have it ready for me by the time they closed at 9pm. When I returned at 8:45pm, there was a rude man (Isaac) that later identified himself as the store manager, telling everybody in line that "we couldn't pick up our medications because he was about to close the pharmacy." Everyone else in line & myself were complaining about the same thing. They were also told to return before 9pm for their medications. Isaac then stated to other customers that "he didn't care, but nobody was going to pick up their medications because they were understaffed and he needed to close the pharmacy!" At this point, everyone was upset and he just proceeded to close the pharmacy. I was able to get my consumers medication only because I went to the consultation window and told the pharmacist that she had instructed me to return before 9pm and she recognized me, so she hurried to give me the prescription. I am upset that a pharmacy could deny peoples prescriptions after they were told to come back for their prescriptions. I am also upset about the managers response to all the customers waiting in line before the pharmacies closing hour. I will never go back to that store for ANYTHING! This is all without mentioning the inefficient communication between the pharmacist and her cashier employee. That employee, which I didn't get her name, was rude and seemed to not know what she was doing. So that prolonged the short time I had, even more, before closing hours. Don't go there if you can avoid it. Save yourself the trouble!

This review is for the pharmacy. They were slow prior to the pandemic and now it's pretty much unbearable. They only have a single line serving the pharmacy (both vaccines + regular prescriptions). It's also the norm to have only one employee manning the register, regardless of how long the line is. I've currently been waiting at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. The "benefit" of this being a 24-hour pharmacy certainly doesn't outweigh all the negatives. Avoid if you can.

This is by far, one of the worst pharmacies I've ever been too. First, you're staying in line a minimum of 15 minutes. Every single person is up there for about 5 minutes due to some sort of issue. They either type slow on purpose or their computers are ancient when looking up information with what's wrong with your prescription which is 90 percent of the time. They can't find it or there is something wrong with insurance not covering appropriately. I literally have Stanford insurance, covered by everything, its not that hard. Just today, I got a call telling my prescription is ready, two hours later I arrived and the girl blankly looked at me saying they were out? What? I wouldn't be getting anything until Monday. Why did I get a call? It's currently Friday. There were no helpful concerns of can I help you get it at another walgreens...nothing. This place is literally one of the worst. Please , stay as far as possible from it.

Questions & Answers

Is there any preparation need with the drug disposal?

There is a disposal container by the pharmacy. Call to make sure it is not full. They help you get rid of the bottles but don't take needless. If you have needless then buy the sharps disposal container and that gets mailed in. Once again, do not give money to the beggars outside. It is a scam and if you buy them food it goes in the trash or they feed the seagulls. Causing bird poop everywhere. Donate to community service. The help everyone get back on track.
