Hello, and thanks for everyone for your help with this question. Jennifer got the closest to the correct answer! We do have the first part of the Natural Wonder Tour that is wheel chair accessible. It is only about 15 minutes in the cavern and 5 minutes down and 5 minutes back, so about 25 minutes total time. We call it our Limestone Tour. It does have some smaller stalactites and other interesting cave formations, but does not get into the larger rooms with the best views. We do request that you call to make reservations for this tour, just so that we can have adequate staff on hand. Tours are available from 9am until 5pm daily. The cost for the Limestone Tour is $12 per adult and $9 per child. We hopes this helps!
For part of the nature view it is.
No, you will not be able to get through the caverns with a wheel chair because there are tight spaces. Lots of stairs at the exit as well. It specifically states on a sign at the entrance that it is not wheel chair accessible. But you can still look at the gift shop and the beautiful exterior landscape.
They offer a wheelchair accessible tour, but can't remember the details. I believe it is on their website.

They do have a small tour that is wheel chair accessible; however, you do have to call ahead to make reservations for that tour.
They have a very short wheelchair accessible portion, but the main tour is longer and not suitable for wheelchairs or strollers.
