Yes they are but try early then 6am to make sure you are seen I get there by 5am
Not sure of their Holiday hours you may want to call any other Thursday yes they are open wonderful people
Phone call is always the best answer. U really need an appointment your gas & electric bill recent. & proof of income. Or disability or both
You have to be there 1st thing in morning and then they only take so many applicants.
