Ask whomever sent it to you where they purchased it and if they have the receipts?? You can also go to retailers and if you see the same brand and model return it there

As the last person said, try Target or Walmart, if the item scans as coming from that particular store they will give you a store credit.
Try walmart..or target.said you hot as a gift and dont have a receipt..store credit.
