Customer service/order pick up was quick. The store was surprisingly well stocked(in most areas) considering the mall is kinda run down. The gentleman greeting the patrons at the door was very friendly and helpful. If you're looking for cosmetics or fragrances, good luck, they have some but those counters look like they're just being used for storage and there wasn't much variety. The Thierry Mugler Fountain is InOp at the location.

Not 100 percent sure, but I have never seen one in this store. Maybe called them to be sure, they are always getting new merchandise.
I would look online for the coat you want and see if one is in stock in the location that you’re looking for. They won’t respond back on here. I Lenox location has the biggest coat department and fur department
