That makes no sense. The store closes at 11PM. The dressing room was closed *over one hour* before the store actually closed.
From what I understand they do for a couple of reasons number one they have more shifts in the store that close to closing so loss prevention have to keep their eyes open elsewhere like Electronics so it's easier to shut that down that early one so nothing can get stuck in there and walk out the store and never to his less attention they have to pay so they can focus on other things
I think its because it is Sunday. Normally on Sundays pretty much all stores not just Target close early
