There is a virtual reality scuba simulator. My daughter is 8 and it was a little too intense for her.
There are games. Everything is inside.
The closest you'll get is a conveyor that takes you through one of the underwater tunnels. People scuba dive in that tank so it's interesting to see!
No, there are no rides at all. Kids enjoy the exhibits though
