The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful! I wasn't feeling well and placed an delivery order through walgreens website. There was a mix up and I didn't know that deliveries were fulfilled through doordash. Tarnetia, the manager was so helpful and helped me figure out my order. Literally the best customer service ever. I'm so grateful, especially since I was sick. Thank you Tarnetia!!!

Well the worker was rude, you see Walgreens have this thing that,if you see three or more people in line a nearby employee should go help the cashier get down the line which the supervisor didn't honor so even though they were convenient the service was horrible

First let me say, the staff at this store have always been very helpful and hard working. In my experience visiting this store, there seems to be a lot of drama with customers-hence the police officer posted ‘mostly’ daily. I do frequent this store because it’s the only place close by. It’s also the closest place to go to for convenience items for GSU students. So, is this why the management is so neglectful of this facility-because they realize that customers will go here regardless of the sad state of their store? The pictures I’ve posted are recent and indicative of its current state. If you do visit be prepared for a disgustingly filthy sidewalk all around this store leading to the entrance. The doors into the building are usually broken and currently one is boarded up. The windows are also filthy. When you enter-you’ll be discouraged firstly by the very long line that trails back to the aisles. So, this can be a deciding factor on wether you’ll stay for your purchase. You may find the item you seek-though you’ll also find, empty coolers, and broken coolers (I counted four on my last visit). There is a big turn over in staff here, and I realize it’s a challenging time to staff stores right now. But, considering how challenging it must be to work in this store—I challenge the management to address these issues and consider making improvements. Take pride in your store, and pay your staff a fair wage. Perhaps this will help you keep staff and customers that frequent your store.
