Members can come anytime but guests must reserve a time. So if you bring friends and exceed memberships please make sure they reserve a time slot
Anytime, you purchase tix and the tour is about 2 hours long
There are kiosks at the entrance where you can buy your tickets or even do it online/on your phone as one of the staff members told me since they only had two kiosks open at the time.

If you want to reserve a time you just log in with your number, choose the date and time you want to go and just enter it
I am not a member . I reserved but you can also buy your tickets at the door as well.
I wasn't a member when visiting but I'd give thier customer service number a call.
