Maybe small snacks for very young children - but don't try to bring in food because your bags will be inspected and you will have to leave them outside.(the snacks not the kids)
Snacks for small children,I had my 1 year old grandson with me and we had some snacks for him and there was no problem we also ate before we we went to the aquarium

They have signs all over telling you that outside food and drinks are not allowed. They do check your bags, but i doubt they are going to get dramatic if they find food. Just be as discreet as you can, and you probably will be okay.
Maybe for smaller kids in a "diaper bag" type of bag. 😉
