Why only have one person working ticket booth with 35 people trying to get in and then not have enough time to see the whole place? I think my family should get bumped up to season passes for 5 adults 1 1yr old. Thissisvery sad for what you charge f

Perhaps you should consider order tickets online, allowing you to skip the ticket line. Much more sensible. Plus there are the ticket kiosks that do not require human help. Also, your. Choice to come late in the day has nothing to do with the aquarium or its staff. Come earlier, buy online, be smarter.

Not to mention MOST of the employees are Volunteers since the Georgia Aquarium is a 501c3 NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION. Maybe Karl would like to help with the staffing issues by volunteering?

Umm.. They staff for who they expect to come. They do not have the ability to just spawn employees when a larhe than expected crowd shows up.
